Your own domainRun the portal on portal.yourcompany.co.za. You add one CNAME at your registrar; we verify it, issue the HTTPS certificate and keep it renewed. No engineer, no ticket.

Your logo and coloursApplied before anyone signs in — the login screen, the browser tab, the sidebar and the typeface. Your customer never sees a screen with our name on it.

Your pricesEvery product starts at our retail price and you change whatever you like. What you charge, less what you pay us, is your margin — shown to you per line, per customer.

Your invoicesOptional: issue your customers’ invoices from the portal in your company name, VAT number and letterhead, at your prices. Or keep billing in your own accounting system — your call.

Two things we will not do
We will not put our name in front of your customer. Setup mail, invitations and reminders go out showing your company name and your reply-to address, from your portal, with your logo. Not ours.
We will not take your customers’ money. We bill you; you bill them. Invoices you issue from the portal carry your own payment details and none of ours, so the relationship — and the cash — stays yours.
